Richmond Park - London
by Simon Gerrard
Introduction
These are a septet of images comprising the topography and facilities of the public park of Richmond, near London, England. They were simultaneously recognised through research of mine into esoteric symbolism alleged by David Icke to be contained in, and built out of, central government and royal premises in the UK and other western capitals. The symbols are supposed to be the outer or manifest expressions of discrete all-pervading power structures controlling the physical, mental / emotional and spiritual dimensions of our lives.
Looking at the entities here, it is difficult not to disagree this theory. All of the areas are public facilities for which local communities will pay taxes to maintain. Furthermore, the central feature of the principal deity ( # 1 map ), a mouth, is apparently a Christian Church and cemetery no less !
This tableaux of images conforms to the accomplished modus of others submitted to this magazine of multiple-overlays and angular procession. Varied images share common lines of construction even when rotated thro, say, 90 degrees. This is the case here, where maps #1 to #3 can be rotated to utilize the same basic # 1 image. Try it for yourself.
To offer an alternative my drawings, where the upper park features are hand drawn from the original tourist map, the lower park features are annotated on the tourist map. The latter amply illustrates the point about covert images and gives the reader the opportunity to visually uncover these as I did. Sidmouth Wood is the linking topographical feature between both upper and lower parks for the purpose of this analysis exercise.
