Chapter 1
Since there is a lot to describe, I will not tarry with in-depth explanations at this stage, save to say : observe how your eye avoids the darker colours and tries to concentrate on the softer, brighter colours in the mural centre. Take the green shape, for example. Does it resemble the curved image of a swan blended into the overall curving designs of the artist, or perhaps when compared to the brown images, the face of a baby chick looks out at you crying for food ?
Now look again. NB : All the following article images are mostly rotated sequentially thro 90 degrees at a time. It is recommended you SAVE the untouched base jpeg to your TOOLBAR and flick between it and any related others to see my points of view.
The face of a ' Tasmanian Devil ' or small Tiger emerges looking to your left. This half / quarter image construction will prevail throughout the following images. Why ? Because it is easy to deceive the human mind's eye ability to grasp depth and contrast in concert with use of combinations of colours like these. Lets see some more proof at this very early stage before concluding anything.
Another visual aspect here. The face you saw above is now looking out to your right. Use my marker arrow on the head to orientate your perspective. Looks like a breed of English bulldog. Woof !
Reversed the picture contrast using my PC options and voila ! Such a sad-looking little chap appears looking out to your right. His arm points to something. Is this ET asking to go home ?
Continuing with the reverse contrast, we now observe a ( his ) left-side profile illustrating his flat head, large eye and small skeletal nose on the middle left of this jpeg. Looks a bit cheerier now, eh ?
Another attempt by me to highlight ET's
right side looking out to your right.
